Underpinning any successful food and beverage establishment, whether that be a Bar, Restaurant, Café, Sport’s Stadium or Golf Club, will be a significant investment in refrigeration technology.

From the walk in fridge to the monobloc cold room or food display unit through to an expansive bank of back-bar coolers, ice makers and glass chillers you will rely upon these systems to be able to operate effeciantly and effectively.

Primarily we can provide planned preventative maintenance combined with access to rapid support when you need it most. In addition, we offer access to a wide range of products in all refrigeration areas which will ensure that you can upgrade or replace products quickly and to a very high standard.

 

Maintenance & Servicing

Our team of engineers are equipped and trained to service and repair a wide range of commercial refrigeration equipment including built in walk-in fridges, monobloc cold rooms, cellar cooling systems and back-bar fridges and glass coolers.

We offer set price Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts for both Cellar Cooling technology and Modular Units such as cold rooms, walk-in fridges & freezers. Typically, these operate on an annual basis but we can offer each customer a bespoke maintenance package to suit their needs.

Our engineers carry as many parts as reasonably possible so that when controllers, relays and the like fail their replacement can be completed once our engineer arrives onsite. Typically, our engineers can diagnose and repair most systems within an hour unless further investigation and/or parts are required.

Our ad-hoc engineering service operates between Monday to Sunday 9am – 9pm, 365 days of the year.  Our Priority 1 emergency callout has just a 4 hour lead time with the regions we serve with a Post-Call rolled to the 1st job the following day at 9am. Our customer service team are on hand to manage callouts over the phone and via email with regular service updates provided to ensure you are fully aware of the progress of any job placed.

Maintenance & Servicing

Cold Rooms

The majority of our customers will already have a Cold Room, walk-in Fridge or Freezer in operation within the business.  With the proper maintenance as outlined above these systems tend to operate well for many decades.  All Chilled can assist by maintaining and upgrading parts of these modular systems such as the air conditioning and condensing units, seals and controllers to keep them operating efficiently.

When looking to replace, upgrade or install a new Cold Room our team can assist in the design, specification, selection and installation of a wide range of leading brands including Coldkit Optima & Koolmax and Foster monobloc units.

We will work with you to select the refrigeration units which best suit your business.  These may be back bar fridges and bottle display cabinets, food display units or even glass frosters.  We can guide you to all leading brands and our team will recommend the highest quality products with finishes to complement your pub, restaurant or even home bar installation!
